Corn Hotdog Recipe

(For 3 Servings)
– 3 pieces hot dog bread
– 1/2 cup frozen sweet corn
– 1 gm tomato
– 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
– Salt, as required
– 3 pieces sausage
– 1 gm onion
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
– 3 tablespoons butter



1. Commence by letting the frozen corn thaw at room temperature. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot, then add the corn and boil on high flame for 2 minutes. Remove the corn and submerge them in cold water.

2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Add the sausages and pan-fry them until they’re fully cooked. You can also choose to lightly toast the hot dog breads during this step.

3. In a bowl, combine the thawed sweet corn with finely chopped onion and tomato. Season the mixture with salt according to your taste, and add in lemon juice, red chilli powder, and mayo. Mix everything thoroughly.

4. Take a hotdog bread and make a slit in the middle. Stuff it with the cooked sausage and the corn filling you’ve prepared. Repeat this process with the remaining two hotdog breads.
